Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Order Preparation: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delays: During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays in processing your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of the items, and the shipping method selected.
  • Delivery Options:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
    • Free Shipping: Orders above £80/€100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor your shipment via the courier’s website.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping .

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the time of delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your order.


Returns Policy

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Certain items, such as our customized kit bags, are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at sales@imobi.uk to request a return
  2. Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return in your request.
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the returned item(s).

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
